Audriana Gregorio, MS, LMFT

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. I am a mother to three incredible humans who have taught me more about life and relationships than I ever imagined. Becoming a parent sparked my early interest in psychology and the study of human behavior, driven by a desire to better understand child development and to show up as a positive, attuned, and effective parent. Along the way, I came to deeply understand both the fears and frustrations that parents face, and the uncertainty that can accompany raising children and teens. I have also experienced the profound joy and fulfillment that comes with watching children grow into adulthood and developing meaningful, evolving relationships with them.

My personal journey has also given me a deep understanding of the complexities of long-term relationships. I have experienced the heartbreak and emotional challenges of navigating divorce, as well as the fear and uncertainty that comes with having to rebuild life and identity after such a significant loss. These experiences fueled my desire to better understand relationship dynamics—why some relationships struggle or fail, how individuals can become consumed by roles as parents or partners, and how self-identity can become lost along the way. This understanding deeply informs my work with couples and individuals navigating relationship conflict, separation, and life transitions.

Through both personal and professional experiences, I have developed a strong passion for understanding human behavior, emotional responses, and the factors that shape our mental health and overall well-being. I believe that healing and growth begins with insight, compassion, and the courage to explore one’s story. As a therapist, I am committed to helping individuals, couples, and families reconnect with themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward the happiness, fulfillment, and quality of life they deserve.
